- Who is Cherishly for?
- For anyone who cares about the people in their life but doesn't always hold onto the dates that matter. I built it for that exact reason – I'm neurodivergent, and I don't reliably retain dates either, so I made something that works the way I need it to work: full names instead of initials, plain language, quiet cues that never rely on colour alone, and reminders that arrive in good time rather than shouting at you. If your memory doesn't always serve you, this was built with you in mind.
- Why not just use my calendar?
- A calendar holds your appointments and to-dos – it is a list of what you have to do. Cherishly is a space you choose: nothing in it except the people who matter to you and the dates that matter because of them. A calendar reminds you of your obligations. Cherishly reminds you of your people.
- Is my data private?
- Yes. Your people, dates and notes are tied to your account and nobody else – not other users, not advertisers. Nothing is ever posted anywhere.
- Do I have to type everyone in?
- You can add people in seconds with just a name and a date. You can also bring people across from a contacts export (.vcf) or a spreadsheet (.csv) from your phone, Google Contacts or Outlook – birthdays and anniversaries come with them.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Cherishly runs in your browser on any device and syncs instantly, so the list you build on your laptop is on your phone in the shop.
- What if I only care about ten people?
