A reminder did not arrive

Check Settings: email nudges and lock-screen alerts are separate switches, and each date has its own remind toggle. On iPhone, alerts only work once Cherishly is added to your home screen.

Getting dates into my calendar

In Settings, tap Add to my calendar, or copy the feed link into your calendar app. New people you add appear automatically, usually within a few hours.

Billing and cancelling

Cherishly Plus is monthly and you can stop it whenever you like. Email us and we will sort refunds for anything that clearly went wrong.

Exporting or deleting everything

Settings has both: download a copy of everything you have stored, or delete your account and its contents outright.
